Mining, bauxite beneficiation, alumina production, and associated supporting activities may generate various material streams with potential for recovery or reuse. VLV intends to classify and characterize these materials and assess appropriate utilization solutions for each type.
Any recovery or reuse option will only be considered on the basis of analytical and testing results, technical and economic feasibility, and full compliance with applicable laws, quality standards, and environmental protection requirements.
This approach is intended to reduce the volume of materials requiring treatment or storage, improve resource efficiency, and progressively promote circular economy practices throughout the project life cycle.
