Carry out bauxite mining, beneficiation, and ore preparation activities to support the Project’s alumina production value chain.

Invest in and develop an alumina production complex using beneficiated bauxite, with the aim of establishing an integrated production chain and ensuring efficient utilization of mineral resources.

  • Infrastructure & Energy

Develop the technical infrastructure and energy supply solutions required to support the construction and operation of the Industrial Complex.

Provide and trade materials, equipment, and supporting services in line with the needs of project implementation and the Company’s operations.

Scale & Capabilities

Project Implementation Capability
VLV is progressively strengthening its capabilities in managing and coordinating the Dakcheung Bauxite–Alumina Industrial Complex Project, from investment preparation and infrastructure development to the coordinated implementation of process systems and auxiliary facilities.

Technical & Technological Capability
Technical and technological solutions are studied and selected to suit the characteristics of the raw materials and actual project conditions, with a focus on efficient use of resources and energy and effective quality control.

Organizational & Human Resource Capability
VLV focuses on developing its organizational structure and professional workforce while progressively preparing personnel in engineering, operations, maintenance, safety and environment, and management for the production phase.

Safety & Environmental Management Capability
Health, safety and environmental considerations are integrated throughout project implementation, covering construction management, resource utilization, waste control and environmental rehabilitation.

Projected Workforce
During the peak construction period, the Project is expected to require approximately 4,000–5,000 personnel, including staff of the investor, contractors, consultants and other participating organizations. Once the Industrial Complex enters the production phase, the workforce is expected to exceed 1,000 personnel.
