The article published by Mekong ASEAN Magazine covers the working visit of Minister of Planning and Investment Nguyen Chi Dung to several investment projects in southern Laos. During the visit, the delegation inspected Viet Phuong Group’s bauxite mining and alumina processing complex in Dakcheung, Sekong Province, directly heard the difficulties and recommendations raised by the enterprise, and discussed solutions to facilitate project implementation. The article also highlights the project’s direction of applying processing technologies to enhance the value of mineral resources while addressing environmental protection and sustainable development requirements.
